We’re certain you will love your purchases from Noella Interiors but if for any reason you are unhappy with an item, you can return it to us. Please ensure that the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure items are not damaged in transit, otherwise we may not be able to offer an exchange or refund.
This would need to be in an unused condition and within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price excluding delivery. Unless an item is faulty/damaged you will be required to pay the return postage costs.
We do inspect and package all items by hand prior to sending out so if your item has arrived damaged, please contact us with 24 hours of receipt and we can arrange either a refund or replacement. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period. Please can we ask that you keep the original packaging and email a photograph of the damaged item so that we are able to claim back from the Courier company.

Refunds
Once an item is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation confirming it’s arrival and if it has been approved or rejected for refund. Refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment within 72 hours or receiving the returned goods, however it can take 7 working days to appear in your account.
